 "Beautiful Little Steamer..." 2010-04-26
By Jim Francis (Miami/London/Negril)
My bigger stainless steamer was just too big for cooking small portions, so I bought this one.

It's much easier to prepare food with this because it only holds so much - so I don't end up cooking way more than I should be eating.

The smaller amount of water it holds comes to the boil much quicker too and really it only takes maybe 5-7 minutes to steam veggies in it.

Great quality stainless steel, easy to clean... I really enjoy using it!

LOVE IT!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!

 "Nice small size steamer" 2010-01-24
By Beth Hauck (Potomac Falls, VA)
It was very hard to find a single serving steamer to steam vegetables, this is perfect, bought one for my daughter who lives along in an apartment as well as for myself. Only slight problem is the handles get quite hot so you have to use hotpads to take it off the stove.

"Perfect for the Motor Home" 2009-08-24
By Lani Fawcett Murders (Escondido, CA United States)
I especially purchased this for use in the motorhome, and have not been disappointed. Foods cook well, store well, freeze well, and serve well in these containers. Because they nest inside each other, they take minimal space in the RV drawers. I would recommend them to a friend.

 "Returning this product immediately!!!" 2009-08-19
By B. Tamarin
This set arrived yesterday and I am sending it back today. Firstly, although it might be well-sized for reheating small portions of leftovers, all but one of the containers are way too small for microwave cooking. Secondly, the lids don't fit! And finally and most importantly, although it is supposed to be save for microwave cooking, the warnings on the bottom of each piece that instruct you NOT to cook anything with fat, sugar or oil make me very nervous. What kind of cookware warns you not to cook without those ingredients? I think I'd better spend the extra few dollars to get some pyrex or similar. This set is garbage.

 "microwave cooking dishes" 2009-05-07
By Wanda Stegall (Southeastern United States)
This is a good product. It is nice not to have to wonder if something is microwave safe. You know all of these dishes and casserols are safe to use. The number and selection are good considering the cost. I am glad I bought this set.

 "Valuable containers" 2009-03-08
By LYVIA BLAKE
These containers are near perfect for microwaving leftovers and they are easily cleaned. The only problem I have with them is the lids which are not sealed well enough, so that if dropped the contents will spill.

 "product review" 2010-01-08
By D. Landis
I purchased this product and I ended up sending it back because it was missing one dish and lid. I bought it for a Christmas present and I don't think the person I was purchasing it would of liked it. The dishes were very small and not big enough to heat left-overs in the mircowave. The return policy was easy to use and I was refunded all of my money.

"The lids are toooooo TIGHT and don't fit properly!" 2006-12-26
By Wood (Missouri USA)
I recently purshased this set and have had real problems trying to get the lids to 'snap' on.

The majority of the lids alMOST fit, which is somewhat frustrating in itself. I've tried pressing, pushing, popping, and even putting all my weight on the lids without success. Swearing didn't help the lids fit any better, either. No surprise...it seldom does. I even tried pliers to try to snap the lid on the oval piece. Only succeeded in breaking the lid. The aforementioned swearing rapidly graduated to cursing, although no hair cuttings, nail clippings, hatpin-stuck small dolls, nor sacrificial small animals were involved. And, the lid STILL didn't pop onto the cookware.

You just have to marvel at how the lids can come sooooo CLOSE to fitting...but, just absolutely refuse to go that extra hair's width to make the seal.

NordicWare....WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THOSE LIDS???!!!!

The lid issue aside, I've used the cookware frequently for storing leftovers in the fridge and for microwave reheating of same, and the cookware works fine. It cleans up well, and it looks nice.

There, I've said something positive.

But, again...NordicWare....WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THOSE LIDS???!!!!

 "Not as hoped" 2010-02-07
By PugPeople (Pittsburgh, PA USA)
This is a perfectly sized steamer for a pound of shrimp or veggies. The quality is good as well. I really thought I had a winner with this steamer. However, the steamer basket did not fit well into the lower pot--seemed too big and sat up on an angle on one side. You'd think quality control at the manufacturer would catch something like that. I promptly returned it for a refund.

 "Real winner!" 2009-12-26
By Yogi Tarzan (Brooklyn, NY)
Love this item - it cooks very well and never sticks, which allows quick clean-up. The food tastes very good and is soft and well done - just the way I like it. This is a very convenient and easy to use pot.

 "Look again" 2009-08-12
By A. metz
Looks nice in the picture so I ordered it.When it arrived it looked great but the metal it is made out of is so thin I could not believe it.The steamer is very shinny ,tried it and it works well.It will be dented up in no time wish it were a little more thicker metal. Not worth the $29.95 I paid for it,more like $12.99.Look around spend your money on a better pot, this was made in India.

"Pasta N More 5 piece Microwave Pasta cooker set with bonus cookbook" 2009-12-01
By Bernadette Herkner (Michigan)
Excellent product, cooks pasta quickly, you can add your sausces or cheese and have it all in one container. Questioned this product prior to use but now, it is great. Saves time, money, and pasta is done as if it had cooked in boiling water on stove top. Have also steamed veggies in it and they are wonderful.

 "Pasta N More Review" 2009-10-21

Finally a product that lived up to the commercial. I found the product easy to use and clean-up was a breeze. I highly recommend it.

"no more lifting heavy pots of water and straining the pasta." 2009-10-08
By Annette C. Berryman (Hidden Valley Lake)
Pasta N More is great. Cooks fast and drains with the lid. It is light weight and not a heavy pot to lift and drain and then lose half down the drain. I am going to buy one for my grandson.

 "BEST invention ever!" 2009-09-04
By R. Stevens (California, USA)
Normally I do not write reviews; I just read them before I buy...anything and everything! But I gotta tell ya, this is really the best pasta cooker I have ever had! I do not know how or what the other folks are doing wrong to have their pasta NOT come out perfect every time, but my does! Honestly my experiences have been nothing but great! I guess it's like anything else, it works for some and not for others. And the little book that comes with it was very easy for me to understand and it's loaded with great meal ideas! I have bought many things from here, some with very poor reviews, but in all my dealings, everything I have purchased works great! Call me lucky I guess. Anyway, you'll have to decide for yourself...but mine is well work the money!

 "What a DEAL!" 2009-09-04
By Alan L. Wong (Inglewood, Ca United States)
I also got mine for ten dollars at Walgreens. Let me tell you this product works. Terrible instructions! Just put the water in at the right marked level and keep the top off. The amount of pasta etc must correctly match the water level. Most important all microwaves are different you may have to cut or add minutes. Look at the pasta consistency after 5 minutes to see if you need more or less time. Enjoy!
