My only and BIGGEST complaint on this pan is whatever material was used to adhere the cardboard sheet label on the inside was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get off the pan. I put it in hot soapy water and the more I scrubbed, the more the adhesive spread on the pan. Then I used finger nail polish remover and it helped, but didn't take it all off. I couldn't use it until this adhesive was removed! So I put the pan in the dishwasher and with the extreme high temperature and I suppose the dry cycle, the adhesive FINALLY came off. The company should re-think this material that they use.
