I use my Orka silicon steamer while traveling in my rv--easy to use, easy clean-up, by far the best microwave cookware I have ever used. I have not used them in an oven yet, but they are supposed to be good up to 425 degrees. Orka does need to expand their recipe books; maybe an online recipe website would be nice. This size is nice for casseroles and rice; very little water necessary for vegies--just drops or none at all! The spices infuse nicely in the cooked items; I am so impressed by this product line that I sent them out as Christmas gifts--everyone seems to love them.
