Maybe I expected too much but this thing is so hard to clean and it must be CLEAN each time you use it. I don't know why but when we try to use it twice in a row without cleaning it perfectly, it does not cook the eggs well the second time around. Eggs are pretty tricky to clean off in general so maybe I shouldn't blame the plastic device, but it is truly annoying to have to spend 5 minutes scrubbing this thing after easch use. It was very inexpensive so for the money I suppose it is fine.

I may be an idiot but I couldn't get this thing to work. I ended up with egg all over the inside of my microwave.

The only reason this product receives 4 stars, rather than 5 is to get the best results, you need to look at other people's feedback on its use. Definitely use cooking spray, and no need to use water or vinegar!

I love this thing. I screwed up the eggs the first few times but once I found the right time/temperature I found the best eggs I've ever had. I was very skeptical but I wanted something easy to use and to clean and this is it!!! I highly recommend it. Don't forget to puncture the white and yolk or they will explode in the microwave!
