The first honey dispenser I received was damaged, but the company replaced it immediately. I like the honeycomb design of the glass dispenser.

Not a very useable item. It dispenses honey very slow and plugs up really quick. One of the "less desirable" gadgets that I have recently purchased.

I bought this dispenser for my wife, she's always wanted one. I thought, "How much different can an $8 dispenser be from an $11 one?" So I opted for the $8 one. BIG MISTAKE. The glass is poorly made, filled with air bubbles, so much so that the lip of the catching dish has a divot in it.
Also, after just one use, the catcher became stuck to the dispenser and I had to pry the two apart... I am extremely disappointed with this product and would advise any looking at this one to try a higher quality brand.

Although this product is good for dispensing honey and syrup it is very tricky to fill it. It's awkward to hold your finger on the bottom so the liquid won't spill out while you are trying to screw the lid back on. I haven't tried it in the microwave to heat the syrup while in it-the top is plastic so I think it would be ok-otherwise you can put hot water in the cup it rests in to heat the liquid. The hot water also helps the honey flow better.
